The Generations For Peace Institute will encourage and carry out research on and further development in the use of sport as a peace building tool.
Currently under construction in Al Hussein Youth City, Amman, Jordan, the Generations For Peace Institute will create a platform to inspire research in sport as a peace building and social cohesion tool, as well as providing leadership for development and delivery of knowledge and programmes.
The institute will bring together individuals from research and practice in peace, conflict and sport to exchange views, expertise, and knowledge.
In addition, Generations For Peace will offer scholarships, research grants and also partner with reputable universities and research institutes.
